Lone Survivor tells Dori about dangerous mission
July 13, 2012 @ 4:20 pm (Updated: 5:36 pm - 7/13/12 )Dori talked to Marcus Luttrell, whose story was penned in the book "Lone Survivor." Despite the dangers, he says being a Navy SEAL is the best job in the world.
He talked to Dori about a mission to capture one of Osama bin Laden's right-hand man.
Luttrell says about 80-100 Taliban militia came down on him and his guys. He was the only teammate to survive the firefight. He was eventually rescued by the Green Berets.
Dori highly recommends picking up a copy of "Lone Survivor: The Eyewitness Account of Operation Redwing and the Lost Heroes of SEAL Team 10."
