Talking Smacks About Breakfast

Host of the Sporkful podcast, and old pal of the show, Dan Pashman called in Wednesday to talk about a subject near and dear to my heart. The fellas talked breakfast cereal, and I have opinions to share. First, only children need sugar on their cereal. Second, I like the pashman 50/25/25 basic/ sugary/ hearty cereal mixture idea. Personally I like to mix my cereal 50/50 – half basic and half sugary. Rice Crispies and Corn Pops is a good combo.
Pro tip: if you save the milk from the bottom of your Cinnamon Toast Crunch, you won’t have to spend all that money on horchata every month.
