It's My Tuesday!

Hey Tens,

You may be surprised that you clicked the TBTL blog and did not see "Jen's Disaster Plan Disaster." Do not be alarmed, the site has not been hacked. My name is Jake Barker and I will be taking over as your official TBTL Blogger, a title I take very seriously and will be including when I sign my checks from now on.

Listeners may remember me as the guy who told Luke that the person who turned him on to the Slow Carb Diet now has gout, the guy who told Jen that there most definitely are boobs in Die Hard or the guy who was concerned about some of the Game of Thrones spoilers on the show.

I look forward to updating you guys daily and would love to hear your thoughts on what you'd like to see on the blog.

On Monday's show Luke questions Andrew on the motivation behind his recent major life change, the two determine the veracity of the phrase "Tails never fails," and most importantly One and a Half Men return to discuss whether or not this was creepy:

They do not address the more important question of why Ellen Degeneres is now dating Daryl Hall. If you haven't listened to Monday's show yet you can check it out here.

Today the team is back to discuss the equally controversial topic of gay wedding cakes, or as some people call them, "wedding cakes." A bakery in Gresham, Oregon refused to sell a wedding cake to a woman because the person she is marrying is also a woman. Just as a gay wedding cake is just a wedding cake, a burger is just a burger, no matter how much burger you put on it. Luke is not impressed by the lack of creativity involved in the World's Most Calorific Burger at The Heart Attack Grill, an establishment that may or may not have claimed the life of it's unofficial spokesperson.

All that and more on today's show.

    Yay, Jake!
It's wonderful to have the blog back. It'll probably take a little bit of time for people to realize you're here. Welcome to the TBTL family. Also, what is on top of that hamburger in the picture? It looks like a pile of cocaine.

Hey man, good to have someone update this site. Would you mind asking the web team to make the font a little larger? It is quite small to read on a screen. Just a thought. Excited to hear more!

Cool, welcome! That's weird, the burger picture on the Heart Attack Grill site isn't topped with a donut, nor is there a weird pile of white ash (from an egg?) on it.

    Thanks!
Thanks for the kind welcome everyone. To clarify that image is based on Luke's description of a more creative burger that involves donuts and cocaine.
