As Luke heads off to a wedding in Palm Springs we get to listen back to an episode with the bride and groom. The wonderful and hilarious Andy Haynes is marrying the equally wonderful and hilarious Alice Wetterlund so we hear a conversation with them and comedian Nick Turner from last summer.
The only reason I say they're wonderful and hilarious is because I know they have a pool and LA gets really hot in the summer. And the only reason I say that LA gets really hot in the summer is to make people in Seattle feel bad.
Anyway, since today's episode originally aired Andy did a set on Conan and former Seattle comedian Scott Moran documented the experience as part of his Modern Comedian series.
Modern Comedian was picked up by PBS Digital Studios and features great episodes with people like comedian's comedian Todd Glass and Mitch Hedberg's widow Lynn Shawcroft.
That's it for today but the next time Luke's out of town I'm just going to put up an old blog.
