Luke tries to put right what once went wrong after his upgraded plane ticket takes a quantum leap out of the front row. Did he go to far?

kevinspacey

I personally will put right what Luke got wrong before someone sharpshoots and point out that it was Scott Bakula who said "Oh boy" on Quantum Leap and not Dean Stockwell.

Luke also gets guilted into buying Girl Scout Cookies, knowing very little about them. The good news is he chose Tagalongs, which I'm pretty sure is some kind of racial slur. They're a pretty good cookie but Thin Mints are objectively the best (sorry, Samoa fans, but coconut is too controversial). My personal favorite is the rather plain and unpopular Trefoils. No matter what cookie you choose though I stand with Luke in agreement that frozen anything is overrated.

Listen to all that and more here.

    Hurray For Luke
Good for you Luke for writing your e-mail to the airlines. I also believe they count on us not trying to get back $30 bucks but its the principle. Customer services blows anymore so in order for you to get your $50 voucher you had to complain & in their eyes, be an a** in order for you to have some kind of justice. So much today a lot of us just continue to take it up the bottom. My sister-in-law & my husband are ones who don't. My sister has several times gotten free satellite because she'll get their little cards in the mail for free stuff for "new customers" & she calls them up & tells them how many years she's been with them & what are they doing for her. It's the ones who stay quiet that just take it, like myself, but then my husband steps. It's just terrible this is the way it is. So bravo to you!

    United Breaks Guitars
Hi Luke, sorry to hear about your run in with United Customer Disservice. I remind you of the United Breaks Guitars Video. http://youtu.be/5YGc4zOqozo. I think it would be good for them to get continuous reminders about how much the reach just one person can have in the interconnected world. Might I suggest you use the following in your valediction on future correspondence with United. Yours Truly, Luke Burbank. Oh and lest we forget…”United Breaks Guitars”

    You go, Luke
For what it's worth, I give you my permission use the "I have a radio show" threat in situations like this. I'd pull that card when I could with companies who were trying to screw me over. I suppose you could say it's an every-so-slightly douchey move, but when your adversary is out-douching you on every level, I'd say it's more than justified.
