What Are Ya Doing Here?

Dearest tens,

I wanted everyone to know that I am alive, that I did not get fired, and I’m still your TBTL Future Former Blogger. As you are reading this, I am somewhere on the Oregon coast (I left my attack dogs at home) camping with my in-laws and two small children. Right this second I am probably telling my son to stop eating sand, or telling my daughter that, no, our luggage does not want to go swimming. I will no doubt be asking myself, “What am I doing here?”
