Any chance of getting artwork added to the podcast feed in iTunes? It's tangentially related because I adore the picture above, and that's what I drag in as TBTL artwork once I've downloaded the podcast.
I hate the disingenuousness of having to vote more than once, but it’s clear the Ask and Atheist fans are doing the same thing. Let’s hope we can stay #1 for another 18 days.
less a count of hands, more a measure of dedication

I'm sure KING5 is in the know on how the votes would be done. These online votes are more of a measure of how dedicated the fans are to their shows, and I think that's also a meaningful metric to determining which show is "best." Not how you wanna elect a mayor, a governor, etc. but when a show has rabid fans with fast fingers and quick brains, it's probably a "better loved" show than another where the fans vote once and are done with their effort.
Someone please please explain to me where that incredible graphic came from!
And if it's new, how come we're not talking about how f in amazing it is?
Any chance that can be the poster for Fundraising 2012? I'd love to have an entire wall of these showing off the years.
There are few bigger tens than myself--hell, I have literally been listening since the first second of the first broadcast. But there's no need to resort to dirty tactics to beat the Ask An Atheist people. Mike Gillis and Sam Mulvey (the brains behind the operation) are good friends of mine and I think they make one awesome radio show.
Also, you must admit that this is a David vs. Goliath kind of thing going on here. Ask An Atheist is a tiny, low-budget operation, while TBTL has hundreds of thousands of subscribers all over the freakin' world. TBTL beating Ask An Atheist is like Tom Douglas out-cooking the cook at your favorite mom-and-pop greasy spoon. In the same way I would support the mom-and-pop operation, I voted for Ask An Atheist.
Also, I only voted once because I'm not a fecking cheater. Honestly, tens--you're better than that.
Not DIRTY to vote twice: just TWICE as ENTHUSIASTIC

KING5 knows what's going on. And if Ask an Atheist is indeed that small, then Allah, Buddha, and G_d all will tell you that their small but fervent group of followers were also doing the same multiple-voting thing for AtheA to have garnered @ 25% of the votes last I checked. TBTL just happens to have a medium-sized and fervent group of followers. If our "head count X enthusiasm" vote tally is higher than theirs, and KING5 even mentions that it's OK for multiple votes, then we should rank higher.
Maybe we should do a thing sorta like the Northwest Harvest scenario… where we vote for tbtl, but we download a couple episodes of Ask an Atheist? And, to be fair, I wouldn’t really call voting multiple times “cheating,” since the voting website suggests that you sign in via every single email or social media site ever created. Anyways, I’m voting for Bruno Mars (Yes! Callback!).
It's not a word. If you're going to fly "gravitas" and, um, all those other words I have to look up....
Jane Straus would be appalled or, maybe, advocating that Websters add it to the dictionary.
