when Seattle was a lot more sleepy and people were totally happy with the rest of the US thinking it was a rainy wasteland. my first reaction to this news was: "Booooo." even though i guess it's supposed to be good news. i just don't want things to keep getting crazier around the Puget Sound area.

Warning NewComers: Seattle might be a beautiful place, but the traffic and incompetent nanny state Liberal politicians have RUINED it. Having lived here my entire 50 years, I can gladly say I'm happy to be retired and only need to spend 6 months (or less) of the year here.

When do those 6 months of you being away start?

Anyway, this news is no surprise we've topped the more conservatives states as best places to do business (according to Forbes) for years now.

You're a lot like us. We're a little bit rainier and just a little bit less liberal. Please, no socks with sandals.
