Gun Appreciation Day

I know it's Gun Appreciation Day, so I thought I would highlight the part of gun ownership that a lot of people who want to control them don't understand. They're fun.

This young man is put up a video demonstrating his Dirty Harry replica:

And when you get older, you seek different types of fun -- but it's still fun. I found this video that shows you how to take a semi-automatic rifle, and using an accessory called a bump stock, make it fire almost like a fully automatic weapon.

Fully automatic weapons have been strictly controlled since 1986 and are very expensive -- up to $15,000. But with this method, you can get pretty close for only a few hundred.

And it's perfectly legal, at least for now. By the way, if you're keeping track, those last 24 rounds took 2.37 seconds to fire.

    If you do not understand the law then you are part of the problem. This is to protect agianst a tape worm type goverment that is trying to kill its host. Are economy is so bad that once you find out how bad it is your going to be mad.

    William Lawn is Luke Burbank! Which is why Lawn hasn't been banned for personal attacks and just saying stupid sh-it. It's nice to see MYNW promoting personal attacks and I see this as a green light to really let it all out. Everyone go for it, MYNW clearly does not care.

    .....the easiest fix would be to start complaining to every single company that advertises on his show. Hit 'em in the wallet if you really want to hurt 'em and get thier attention.

    Maybe some of you experts can tell me if ever in the course of human history the gubmint of any country didn't eventually become corrupt or all powerful and end up oppressing it's citizens and removing the ability to live free? I am no expert by any stretch, but I can't think of any that have lasted. I don't know how anyone can trust ours either. I would love to think that all is well and everything will just be great forever, many sheeple believe in this utopia, but I think history tells us what's coming. Some people know it...and some people are getting ready. I can't blame them.

    instead of the city offering to buy $1500 ar-15's back for $200 (only a fool would agree to that deal) mcginn should instead offer to hand out FREE bump stocks. since this device, according to dave, would blow off a 40 round clip in 4 seconds it would make semi-autos much safer in mass-kill situations. no human is an accurate enough shot to take aim on 40 different targets in 4 seconds. you'd be lucky to get two or three. the shooter would spend all their time changing clips instead of plinking kids off, making them much easier to tackle and restrain.

    Thank heavens only the responsible and experienced gun owners are avoiding background checks by purchasing their weapons at gun shows. Imagine the additional carnage if the lunatic and impaired were buying guns as well!
