Terry Nealey votes to keep a group of tax preferences, here’s why

Rep. Terry Nealey is the top Republican on the State House finance committee. (And also an excellent basketball player, he was on the governor’s team that beat the Dori Monson’s KIRO Radio team at the basketball grudge match in Shoreline.)
The Democrats just approved a bill in the finance committee to end a group of tax preferences – for example, restoring the sales tax to bottled water. But Nealey voted to keep those preferences, so I asked him why.
