TCTI: Too Crazy Too Ignore

The evidence will clear it right up -- or will it?

Ever since that shot on February 26 in Sanford Florida, George Zimmerman has claimed he was defending himself against Trayvon Martin, who may have been ten years younger, but was also about six inches taller.

His story was met with considerable doubt, since he's on tape telling a 911 operator he was chasing Martin, despite being advised not to.

We yearn for more evidence to clear this up -- and now we have it.

A few days after the prosecution turned over its evidence to Zimmerman's defense team, some of that evidence has started to leak.

And it shows that the day after the shooting, a family doctor found Zimmerman had suffered a broken nose, two black eyes, and two cuts on the back of his head.

While a separate report shows that Trayvon Martin had two injuries: the fatal gunshot wound, and scraped knuckles. The implication being that he scraped those knuckles in the process of breaking George Zimmerman's nose.

So what does this tell us?

It certainly tells us who was getting the worst of the fight at the time the shot was fired.

But the real question is did Trayvon Martin somehow deserve to get shot?

Zimmerman claims he broke off his chase and Martin circled back and started throwing punches against a guy who was no threat to him.

But wait a second. Trayvon Martin is DEAD. So can you argue that Zimmerman who was armed and moments earlier was running after him, wasn't a threat?

This may be one of those cases where the more evidence you get -- the LESS clear it becomes.

a 20 year old was shot to death in Rainier Beach last night
where is the outrage? The crowd wouldn't even let the SPD get to him. How racist is that? I bet he has some cute pictures at age 12 too. I bet he even looked like Obama's non-existent son. Why won't Dave talk about this? Why don't Jesse and Al have a march? Why won't the President say something? Could it be because the killer had the correct complexion?

Nah, I think that there is no outrage

Because, people feel that if the killer's are caught, there's a good expectation that they will have to go to trial for there deeds.

Being able to stalk and kill a human being and then told to go home and have a beer tend's to spark outrage.

    the killer won't get caught...guru
because none of the witnesses will "snitch". If he/she is caught, there will be no trial. I bet this killer went home and had more than just a beer. There won't be a trial without witnesses. I suspect that the racist, hostile crowd of witnesses hates cops as much as you do. This crowd is nothing more than human filth with no moral code.

    Remember Paul

These individual makes up a significant part of the penal system, you have said so yourself, lol.

Let you tell it, minority killers are running the street's free because of protected class status, but any data you read indicates that a high number of minorities make up a rediculous high number of inmates compared with there counterparts, so your comment don't add up no matter what math you are trying to use.

I don't remember asking you your feelings on the group you are referring to, however, I get the feeling that you felt really good pounding it out on the keyboard, lol.

I am sure they feel the same way about you Paul, lol.

what group are you referring to guru?
I mentioned that the crowd would not allow the police to assist the victim and you assume it is a group of...what?...minorities you say? hmmm.... I commented of their mob behavior and then you speculate on their racial makeup. Well, I guess that shows who the real racist is....but I already knew that.

Trayvon family lawyers: "Stop the Leaks! Were looking Bad"
After ABC, NBC and CNN -- were given access to a sealed medical examiner's report on Martin. "It was leaked for a beneficial purpose, certainly to help George Zimmerman's claim of self-defense," Crump said. "This report needs to be vetted with a keen eye. This is making poor child Travon look bad" "You have to look at this in the full context," he continued. "George Zimmerman made the decision to get out of his car, profile Trayvon Martin, pursue Trayvon Martin and confront him."

    STand your ground
Why is it okay for Zimmerman to kill someone because he was standing his ground and not okay for Travoyn to Stand his ground and defend himself. After being chased by MR. Zimmerman (which is obvious from the 911 call, where the operator told him not to do it) That trayvon decided I am going to protect myself from some nutcase running after me with a gun for no reason at all) seems like theres a double standard here.

It's not illegal to be suspicious of someone. If I confront someone and say "what are you doing here" You are every right to tell me to pound sand. Otherwise, why can't I just "perceive" someone is following me and use that as an excuse to beat them up? Zimmerman CALLED 911. He obviously wasn't stalking to kill someone if he called 911. He saw someone suspicious and called it in. He tried to keep an eye on the person. Nothing illegal so far. That doesn't give Trayvon the right to start pummeling Zimmerman. If your walking down the street and you think I'm following you, are you going to come beat me up? Once Trayvon starting fighting Zimmerman, it's fair game to protect your life. Take the common sense test. You have Trayvon, who was into a gangster lifestyly, at least in show. What is the most reasonable thing that happened that night? It would be that Zimmerman was following Trayvon. Lost sight of him and got out of his car to see where he went. Trayvon appeared and said "what the F and U K you doing? I'm going to beat you down" A fight ensued, he got shot. Zimmermans actions to that point does not warrant Trayvons reaction. If Trayvon thought his life was in danger, the last thing you do is confront the person. It was dark out, he could of easily ran away.

    That being said
Then Mr. Zimmerman could have stayed in his truck. He does say he is going after the kid (in the 911 call, you can hear him running) and though it's not illegal to be suspcious, he totally based his suspcion on the fact the kid had a hoody on.
