Pam Roach once again involved in council dust-up

Pierce County Councilmember Pam Roach is no stranger to drama in government. And she’s at it again.
She and Councilmember Rick Talbert were caught on video on Nov. 21 causing a ruckus, with Council Chairman Doug Richardson trying to gain order by slamming down his gavel. It’s one for the ages.

The squabble was all over a $40,311 budget line item, according to the Tribune.
