Brock and Salk live from the USO Golf Classic in Newcastle

Prior to the tournament, golfers and attendees will enjoy an opening ceremony and luncheon featuring: a Korean War-era M*A*S*H* unit, the presentation of the colors, a performance of the National Anthem, an aircraft flyover, an 18-gun salute, a marching band, and a putting contest featuring a one-shot each shootout between Huard and former WSU quarterback Jack Thompson.
"The Brock and Salk Show" on 710 ESPN Seattle will broadcast live from 9 a.m. - Noon, and tournament play begins at 12:30 p.m.
Over 300 golfers, including 100 active-duty military and wounded warriors will participate in the USO's 17th annual 'Red, White & Blue Golf Classic', benefiting active-duty military in the Puget Sound region. 710 ESPN Seattle's Brock Huard and Bill Swartz will be participating in the tournament, and handling Emcee duties for the evening dinner and auction with Jack Thompson.
For 71 years, the USO has lifted the spirit of America's military and their families. USO Puget Sound Area serves more than 537,000 active-duty military, dependents and veterans annually, via USO centers at Sea-Tac Airport and Joint Base Lewis-McChord; and the USO Mobile Canteen, which delivers USO hospitality to military and civilian events across the Pacific Northwest.
