Looking for a tiny getaway to dodge the Northwest rain?
The buyer of a Boca Raton, Fla., mansion not only gets the largest home in the area at 16,000 square feet, but the real estate agent is also offering a limited-edition Rolls Royce to sweeten the pot.
Listing agent Senada Adzem describes the $12.75 million mansion, known as “villa Bella Lago,” as reminiscent of “The Great Gatsby” or an old Hollywood-style estate. The waterfront mansion boasts seven bedrooms, two gourmet kitchens, a nine-car garage, and a private marina with room for two yachts.
Adzem says that the buyer of the property will receive a limited-edition Rolls Royce Phantom. The car is valued at $450,000, and there are only 12 of them in the world, according to Adzem. The buyer will have to pay the full asking price, however, to get the car.
Adzem told the Sun Sentinel in Fort Lauderdale that the car was thrown into the deal not as a marketing gimmick but because the seller, who uses the property as a vacation home, wanted to speed up the sale of the home.
“It’s a very unique perk,” Adzem said. “Even the uber-wealthy like great perks.”
