Tom Douglas wins James Beard Award

Congratulations to Chef Tom Douglas for winning top honors at the 2012 James Beard Foundation's awards, Outstanding Restaurateur in the country.
Douglas, who owns 13 restaurants in Seattle, has won two James Beard awards in the past, one in 1994 for best Northwest Chef and another in 2001 for his cookbook "Seattle Kitchen."
Also, a big congrats to Chef Matt Dillon of Sitka & Spruce in Seattle, who won this year's Best Northwest Chef award.
