Macklemore and Ryan Lewis score second chart topper

For anyone who thought Seattle's Macklemore and Ryan Lewis were one-hit wonders, think again. The hip-hop duo has climbed to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 again with "Can't Hold Us," featuring Ray Dalton.

It's the second No.1 hit from "The Heist" for the pair, following the their first hit "Thrift Shop" featuring Wanz, which held the top spot for six nonconsecutive weeks.

It's the first time the first two singles from any act's debut have both gone to No. 1 in the Hot 100's almost-55-year history, Billboard reported.

The group's "Same Love," which gained popularity in Washington state as the unofficial anthem of the referendum legalizing same-sex marriage, is also climbing the charts. The song soared to No. 26 on the Alternative charts, and 83 on the Hot 100.

"Can't Hold Us" also topped the Digital Songs chart, with 262,000 downloads sold last week, according to Nielsen SoundScan. It's also the top streamed song on subscription services including Rhapsody and Spotify.

Macklemore and Ryan Lewis headline the Sasquatch Festival at the Gorge Friday, May 24.
