Who is Rachel Belle?
Rachel Belle's "Ring My Belle" segment airs Monday-Friday on The Ron & Don Show at 4:37pm and 6:37pm. You can hear "Ring My Belle Weekends" Saturdays at 5:00pm Sundays at 3:00pm. Rachel is a northern California native who loves anything and everything culinary, playing Scrabble, petting cats and performing improv.

I love Sour Cream (duh) Part 1,000,000

Hey there, fellow sour cream lovers! I had a chance to make a little cooking video in Seattle's Darigold kitchen. You will notice that ALL the actual cooking got cut, but believe me, I'm GREAT at it! Yeah. Anyway, I made Quesadilla Margerite, and they're truly delicious. The quesadillas are stuffed with sweet, grape tomatoes that have been marinated in olive oil and love and there's a nice smear of basil, lemon, garlic sour cream to keep it real. Drool. It's not your typical after-school-snack quesadilla. So get your sour cream on and leave a comment letting me know your favorite sour cream dishes.

    (Topping) 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/4 cup butter 1/4 Tsp. cinnamon. (Filling) 1 cup sour creme, 2/3 cups sugar, 2 TBl. flour, dash of salt, 1 Tsp. vanilla, 1 egg, 3 cups tart sliced apples, 1- 9" unbaked pie shell. Prehaet oven to 400 F. Beat together sour creme, sugar,flour,salt,vanilla, and egg. Add apples mixing to coat well. put filling into pie shell and bake 400F. for 25 Min. sprinkle with cinnamon topping and bake for an additional 20 mor minutes. And enjoy! MmmMmm Good!!!!!!
