    My favorite blog feature is...
"Ingredient of the week". I'm not able to cook as much as I'd like but try to eat local and fresh, wherever possible. Even if I can't get to my farmer's market every week, this feature gets my braining storming for those days when I can (and also keeps me alert at the local grocery). One suggestion: I love doing my own recipe searches and/or coming up with something "Iron-Chef like," on the fly featuring...artichokes or rhubarb or mushrooms or whatever. However, it would be awesome to include a recipe or two on the blog, featuring the "ingredient of the week". It would likely attract a new, broader audience & they may hear these podcasts for the first time (or listen to them again and again, like I do!). Thierry & Tom, keep up the great work. We love your show and appreciate having you back on the air...and the net...and wherever we can get you!
