Last week, a remarkable photo of the Syrian refugee crisis circulated. In it, masses of refugees wait in line for food aid in Damascus. Syria is currently on track to become the world’s largest source of refugees. John and Tom talk with Jeff Pinneo, with Medical Teams International. Pinneo has been working with refugees flooding out of the country.
