Pet of the week: Callie
Feb 20, 2015, 1:05 PM | Updated: 1:09 pm
This week’s star is Callie who was surrendered to us due to her family being allergic to her.
Callie is a beautiful brindle girl with a ready smile and a wagging tail. She loves people and loves to be loved! This 1-year-old Pit Bull/Boxer mix is bright and attentive, and she’ll gladly learn new things – especially if you have some treats handy! Callie already knows commands such as ‘Sit’ and ‘Down’, and she has her own charming response to ‘Shake’ – she’s so eager to please that she will offer you one paw and then the other, just in case you have a preference! Callie would thrive in the care of an affectionate adopter with an active lifestyle. She never lacks energy or enthusiasm, and she would be a wonderful companion on walks, runs, hikes, and other athletic pursuits. Callie has so much to offer – please come in and get to know this gorgeous girl today!
