President Josiah Bartlet on The West Wing

Walking fast, side by side down the halls of the White House's West Wing, President Bartlet's speech writing staff would share a few Sorkinisms before writing the most inspiring, patriotic speech that Bartlet would deliver so passionately that Congress would have to see the error in their refusal to get along. And it would be done in an hour, so that in the next episode, they could have little more fun and let the White House Press Secretary figure out which turkey to pardon at Thanksgiving - or something.
