Best local corn mazes

With Halloween fast approaching, now is the perfect time to make your way to one of the great corn mazes on farms across the Puget Sound area. From a Seahawks-themed maze to solving mysteries in a who-done-it, there are a variety of challenges and activities for kids of all ages. And some even offer plenty of nighttime frights for some extra Halloween spirit.

A free hayride takes you out to the middle of the 20-acre Pumpkin Patch at Bob's Corn in Snohomish, where you'll find over 50 varieties of pumpkins, from giant, 200 pounders, to little mini pumpkins, with all sizes and colors in between. The Corn Maze now twists and winds through more than 10 acres of tall corn, and sometimes you'll begin to think there is no way out but up! The maze is family friendly - no goblins or ghosts here.
