Cranberry Sauce

Don't just settle for the stuff in the can, glam it up with these tips.

Thierry Rautureau: I'm a big fan of citrus. Caramelize some shallots, sliced (about five shallots to a bag of cranberry). Add citrus, orange, lemon, lime. A little bit of honey. Put the whole thing with the cranberry. Cook down just a little bit with the cranberry and some water. It makes this wonderful, perky cranberry sauce.

Tom Douglas: I think the cranberry sauce recipe I've read on the Ocean Spray bag is pretty darn good actually. It's got orange juice and orange zest. I think it's tasty.
