Elf

"We were pleasantly surprised the first time we saw this funny and sweet film," says MyNorthwest.com Editor Josh Kerns. "It has become a holiday favorite for our entire family. Will Farrell is at his best, perfectly capturing the childlike innocence and wonder of an elf in New York. The supporting cast including Ed Asner, Bob Newhart, James Caan and a doe-eyed Zooey Deschanel are also wonderful. There are so many hilarious moments, but it's also a heartwarming, modern tale that holds up with many of the holiday classics. We've already watched it again in the last few weeks and plan to watch it one more time on Christmas Eve."

KIRO Radio Host Ron Upshaw seconds the "Elf" nomination: "You smell like meat and cheese." "You sit on a throne of lies." "Santa? I know him!"
