Russell Wilson
A lot of people had to wonder what John Schneider and Pete Carroll were thinking when they took the unheralded QB with 75th overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft. He was considered too short and little regarded when he signed with the Seahawks. The rest, as we know, is history. After surprisingly winning the starting job in his rookie season, all Wilson did was lead the Seahawks to the playoffs, then topped it off with a sophomore campaign that culminated with a Super Bowl championship. Not bad for a guy drafted in the third round and making just over $500,000 last year.
