What you might not know about the Seattle to Portland Bicycle Classic

This Saturday, 10,000 cyclists will participate in the 2014 Seattle to Portland Bicycle Classic. It's 203 miles completed in one or two days. These are a few things you might not have known about the epic ride.

1 Day v. 2 day riders

Each year, riders complete the STP in either one or two days. Riders who commit to riding in one day start at the finish line as early as 4:45 a.m. on the University of Washington campus.
