Another question regarding civilian terror trial...

While most will swear to tell "nothing but the truth" on a bible, what will 9-11 mastermind (I refuse to say "accused" for a whack job who's already confessed) KSM swear on should he choose to testify/launch into a propaganda speech? Since he has hijacked the religion of peace, it wouldn't make sense to allow him to swear on a Koran would it?

Some courts do and some courts don't. It depends on the judge, the court, the jurisdiction. Washington State is less likely to ask you to swear on a Bible, but go to Missouri or some other state and they do require it.

Nonsense. It doesn't "depend on the judge" or anything else. A person must swear or affirm that they will tell the truth to their ability during a court proceedinhg, but you cannot be forced to swear on a bible or any other such book.
