Full Roster Practices, Housh Speaks Out, Lions Banged Up
By Matt Pitman from VMAC
It's the moment Jim Mora had waited for, and probably thought wouldn't happen this season. On Friday, the full roster of all all 3 active Seattle Seahawks participate in practice.
"It's probably been over a year since that has happened, so it's kind of a milestone day. Now what we need to do is turn that into productivity on Sunday's," Mora said.
All of the Seahawks injured players on the active roster are listed as probable, with the exception if Ben Obomanu who is questionable with a strained oblique.

Sean Locklear took part in team drills for the first time all week, limited to individual drills Wednesday and Thursday. How Mora will use Locklear remains to be seen, as Mora wanted to hear from trainers how Locklear checked out after a full practice.
Earlier this morning on his Friday radio show on 97.3 KIRO FM, Mora said he anticipated using Locklear in a reserve roll, and reiterated that after practice. "We like what Damion McIntosh has done and it's been a long time since Sean has played," Mora said.
On easing Locklear back slowly, Mora said "I don't think there's a problem doing that. If he's up and we can get him plays if he doesn't start, that is going to help him out down the road. there is really nothing like that action in a game, it's really hard to duplicate in practice."

Housh Speaks
For the first time all week, T.J. Houshmandzadeh spoke with reporters about his animated and angry tirades on the sideline during the Seahawks loss at Dallas last week.
He says he wasn't mad at anyone, just very frustrated that the team was losing and that he wasn't able to do more about it.
"I feel like I'm always open. And there are times when I not open, but I'm supposed to feel like I'm open," Housh said.

T.J. actually had his own message of accountability about the Hawks lackluster offense that has him so frustrated. "We've got games left. I just have to build Matt's trust and confidence in me. And it's not just me. If we run the ball better we'll get better situations outside. We get better protection, we're going to have better situations in the pass and the run game," he said.
