Lauren Jackson scored 21 points and Swin Cash 14, but the Seattle Storm suffered its first loss of the new WNBA season last night at Indianapolis, bowing to the Indiana Fever 73- 66.

The Storm (2-1) got 10 points and five assists from Sue Bird.

Katie Douglas scored 20 points, Ebony Hoffman 18 and Tamika Catchings 14 for the Fever (1-2). Catchings also had seven rebounds.

The Storm will play at Minnesota at 5 p.m. Friday and at Chicago at 3 p.m. Sunday.
