Description: Photographer's Toolbox: Tips and Tools for Student Photographers (Full Day Photography Workshop)
Saturday, December 15, 10:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Professional Photographer, Jesse Michener, will demonstrate photography basics, including the use of lines, color, light & shadow, contrast and textures to create appealing photographs that effectively capture a strong sense of place. Following a presentation of the instructor’s own work and technique, teens will explore and photograph neighborhood locations. Teens will learn how to use photo editing software, Snapseed, to tweak their photos and then print them. Photos will be showcased on a StoryLab photography blog. Registration Required. Participants are encouraged to bring a sack lunch (microwave not available).
