In this session we will discuss goal-setting in our own lives, how it has worked and how it has failed, and what goals really matter to us. Most New Year's resolutions are broken within a few weeks, but we still long and hope for the changes they could bring us. We will talk about how to identify areas we would like to change, how to set goals, and how to change our lives.
