Join us for an intimate five-course dinner, co-hosted by Savor Seattle and William von Schneidau, owner-operator of BB Ranch Butcher Shop. Each course showcases the season's freshest ingredients, including sustainable meat, local produce, and Washington State wines. Your evening of private dining in the historic Goodwin Library is complemented by a breathtaking view of the Pike Place Market.
Hear stories of local famers and winemakers about what makes them special. Dinner themes change each month to highlight holidays (e.g. Valentine's Day, Easter) and culinary whims. To ensure an intimate and unforgettable evening, these dinners are limited to just fourteen guests.
A portion of the proceeds go to support the Pike Place Market Foundation. By helping our low-income neighbors who work, learn and live in and around the Market, the Foundation helps the Market remain a thriving, caring community.
