EL CENTRO DE LA RAZA HOSTS 8th ANNUAL CINCO DE MAYO CELEBRATION

Beacon Hill Annual Event Fosters Community and Celebrates the Vibrancy of Mexican Culture

El Centro de la Raza's free annual Cinco de Mayo Celebration brings together members of the Beacon Hill community and the city of Seattle as together we celebrate the Mexican Culture through food, live entertainment, local vendors, and an informational fair. The event is quickly approaching and is greatly anticipated by community members.

The event will feature traditional Mexican foods for sale, children's activities, arts and crafts from local vendors, and a health and services fair. The entertainment lineup features musical and dance performances by the Seattle Fandango project and the traditional Aztec dance rituals of Ce Atl Tonalli Danza Azteca, and a cultural fashion show.

Since 1972, El Centro de La Raza has been a voice and a hub for the Latino community as we advocate on behalf of our people and work to achieve social justice. Through our 32 and growing comprehensive programs and services, we empower the Latino community as fully participating members of the greater community of Seattle by providing programs for youth, families, and elders.

If you have any questions about the celebration, please contact Yunuen Castorena at (206) 957-4605

Also Don't forget we have FREE PARKING
