Occurs every Tuesday
Caring for someone with memory loss? Need support and information? Alzheimer’s Association caregiver support groups provide a place for caregivers to learn and gain support from others caring for a person with memory loss. Support groups also serve as an opportunity for participants to receive information on care management, available services, and current research and treatment options. Starting July 2014, a free support group for unpaid care partners, family members and friends of individuals with memory loss will be held the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 1:00 – 2:30pm at the First Presbyterian Church of Aberdeen, 420 N. Broadway St., Aberdeen, WA 98520. Contact facilitator(s) Helen Morning Star, 360.533.2277 and Rosie Dixon, 206.459.8599 for details.
