Paul Silvi fills in for Kevin along with Jim Moore and they break down the possible re-acquisition of Erik Bedard. Larry LaRue of the Tacoma News Tribune talked to Bedard today and weighs in with his thoughts. Also the Backyard Brawl got out of hand, with a coach being hit with an object from a fan.

Some fans weighed in with an event they were at that got out of hand. Mike Sando joined the guys from Miami to talk Superbowl and the Hall of Fame vote. John Grupp of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review joins us to give the Pitt perspective on the Backyard Brawl. Lots of people bet on the Superbowl and there are several "alternate" types of things you can bet on.

Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times joined us to talk about the UW recruiting class. High school basketball on TV. Is this a good thing?

Should the M's bring Erik Bedard back in 2010? The idea seems to have some merit to it and Jim Street of MLB.com joined Kevin and Jim to talk of the possibility. Then new Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll joined the show to talk Hawks and college recruiting.

After seeing the extra money schools will get, he's now on board with the idea. Also Tom Luginbill of ESPN talks about college football recruit day this weekend. And Chris Cashman offers an apology.
