Republicans met in New Hampshire last night for the first significant debate of the presidential campaign.. Luke says if he was going to vote for a woman with ties to the Tea Party, he'd vote for Michelle Bachman over Sarah Palin any day of the week. A man who got kicked off a plane for casually swearing may sue the airline. Hard to blame him. Diners got kicked out of a restaurant in Northgate as the chain restaurant suddenly closed its doors under financial strain. Women in Saudi Arabia are organizing a public demonstration for this Friday. They're protesting the law that does not let women drive in that country. Isobel Coleman joins us to explain what she thinks will happen during the protest. She spent a lot of time in the Middle East researching her book, Paradise Beneath Her Feet: How Women Are Transforming the Middle East. She's director of the Women and Foreign Policy Program at the Council on Foreign Relations. People who planned to have their ashes buried next to their pets are outraged over a New York State rule that won't let humans get buried in pet cemeteries. Dave would appreciate a more free market approach in this case.
