A Thurston County boy was 12 years old when he became a registered sex offender, after getting caught experimenting with a younger friend at school. He's spent the last six years being bullied and tormented, and his future is limited by this felony. He thinks young sex offenders deserve more protection and the opportunity to prove that he's a good person who made a mistake.
