A Snohomish County judge has declared a mistrial in the case of a Marysville cop accused of causing the death of his daughter. The jury - four women and eight men - were unable to reach a verdict after two days of deliberation. KIRO Radio's Brandi Kruse reports from the courthouse in Everett.
