Former Seahawks and University of Washington football player Jerramy Stevens was in court Tuesday, accused of striking his fiance, two-time Olympic gold medal soccer player Hope Solo. A judge released him a short time later, saying there was no probable cause that Stevens assaulted Solo. Luke recalls some of Stevens' other run-ins with the law. // The Army is seeking the death penalty in the Bales case. KIRO Radio's Tim Haeck has been following the trial and joins us. // John McAfee, of McAfee Antiviris fame, says he won't turn himself in for questioning in the case of his neighbor's murder in Belize. McAfee says he's being framed and that he fears police will kill him if they find him.
