An oil and gas rig off the coast of Louisiana was hit by an explosion and fire this morning. Two crew members are missing. This comes one day after three BP employees were charged, two with manslaughter, as part of the settlement between BP and the government over the 2010 oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. BP has also agreed to pay a record $4.5 billion in fines. // Drama in Olympia: Republicans and one Democrat are talking about a possible coup that would install a right-leaning Democrat as majority leader in the Senate. And Guy Fieri is reacting to the NY Times review of his new Times Square restaurant that said it should be "indicted for crimes against humanity." // ROSS COLORED GLASSES: Sen. John McCain held a press conference this week to complain about a lack of information on the September attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi while simultaneously skipping a classified briefing with administration officials about the investigation. When confronted about it, he wasn't too happy. // The TV show "Cops" faces an uncertain future. Dave and Luke had no idea the show was still on.
