Both are likely to appeal on the grounds that drug test protocol wasn't followed correctly. // Grover Norquist is blasting GOP lawmakers who have expressed willingness to break his tax pledge in hopes of resolving the fiscal cliff. Norquist was particularly tough on Rep. Peter King. He accused King of trying to "weasel" out of commitment. // A new lawsuit against SPD alleges the department is withholding video that shows police brutality. We talk to Leo Etherly, the man accusing police of brutality, and James Egan, Etherly's lawyer. // Susan Rice met with Sens. John McCain, Lindsey Graham, and Kelly Ayotte this morning. They're still critical of Rice's handling of the Benghazi attacks. And Thomas Ricks, Pulitzer Prize winner and author of "The Generals," was cut short on Fox News when he challenged the network's hype of the Benghazi attacks.
