As Americans went on a ticket-buying spree, the Powerball jackpot rose to $550 million today, enticing many people who rarely, if ever, play the lottery to purchase a shot at the second-largest payout in U.S. history. There are eleven things that are more likely to happen than winning the jackpot. For instance, being hit by a car, being a sports star, etc. Pat Cashman talks about justice and something he wants to get back from his co-host, Lisa Foster. A Des Moines couple is now suing police for shooting their beloved dog after it got out of their yard. They chased Rosie, the Newfoundland for an hour and the officers ultimately cornered her in a neighbor's yard and shot her four times with an assault rifle. A CBS 2 News anchor accidentally called Prince William a douche while teasing a segment about the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
