After more than 24 hours in hiding, a 37-year-old woman accused of intentionally running down two teens outside Chief Sealth High School in West Seattle turned herself in to police Thursday afternoon. With the nation's economy just a month away from the 'fiscal cliff', the impasse between the White House and Congress appears to be hardening. Gangnam Style is a huge hit and has become the most downloaded You Tube video ever, which means loads of money paid to the rapper, PSY. A few Washington residents who had five of the six Powerball numbers won $10K, they won't be retiring, but are thrilled to be winners nonetheless.
