The city will no longer move forward with plans to give gay city employees who are married a monthly stipend. KIRO Radio's Brandi Kruse broke the story. She joins us with updates. // New York police have in custody the man who pushed 58-year-old Ki Suk Han onto the subway tracks yesterday afternoon in front of multiple witnesses. Witness say the man was on the tracks for 90 seconds. We talk to a man who jumped on the subway tracks a few years ago to save another man. // A committee advising Washington state transportation officials says an idea to charge drivers by the mile to fund future surface transportation needs in the state is feasible. We talk to Washington state transportation secretary Paula Hammond. // Two Australian radio hosts prank called the hospital where Kate Middleton is staying. Amazingly, they managed to talk the nurse on duty into giving them an update on her condition.
