Some lucky drivers parking at Sea/Tac were never charged for parking. The port recently discovered some of their credit card machines weren't working. A state audit now finds the Port of Seattle lost almost $400,000 in parking revenue. // The small city of Pacific is still a city. For now. The city council Monday delayed a vote on whether to ask the neighboring city of Auburn annex them. King County is also taking steps to keep vital services going should Pacific lose its liability insurance.
