We get the latest from CBS's Heather Bosch in Newtown, Conn. // High winds, power outages and mountain snow are hitting W. Washington. Peak gusts in Seattle clocked 60 miles per hour this morning. KIRO's Chris Sullivan has the latest on power outages. // President Obama says he'll use whatever power this office holds to stop massacres like Newtown from happening again. In an assertive speech in Newtown last night, he said there was no excuse for inaction. // Luke and David continue their discussion on gun control.
