Originally aired: Wednesday, December 19, 2012

Breaking news: The United States Army will seek the death penalty against Staff Sgt. Robert Bales for the killing of 16 Afghan civilians earlier this year. // This story reads like a terrible joke: man shows up at a hotel hoping to have sex with a 14-year-old girl. But when he gets there, it's actually a 28-year-old man posing as an FBI agent. That man handcuffed the other and robs him ($191 and a pair of sunglasses). Police track down and arrest both men. // Instagram, the photo-sharing website owned by Facebook, is backing away from a plan that would give advertisers more access to photos on the site. KIRO's Josh Kerns has been following the story and he joins us. // Luke and David talk to the captain of a high school football team who befriended an 11-year-old boy with autism.
