SPD says it will loosen its restrictions on past marijuana use for men and women who want to join the department. Until now, anyone who smoked pot in the last three years was immediately turned down. That will now be reduced to one year. // A car-pedestrian crash in Vancouver, Washington, Monday marks the first fatal collision involving a driver allegedly impaired by marijuana since the drug became legal in Washington earlier this month.
