The NRA News Conference took place today with the Executive Vice President of the NRA, Wayne LaPierre stating that, "The only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun". LaPierre also stated that last week's mass shooting at an elementary school in Newtown, Conn. could have been prevented or stopped if there had been armed, trained security personnel on site, officials of the National Rifle Association. Comedian, Katt Williams is a self professed, "teflon kitty". He was detained by police in front of a Subway restaurant in West Hollywood Thursday night after cops suspected the comic was involved in some sort of "disturbance" at the restaurant, TMZ has learned ... but Katt says he did nothing wrong. Former Olympic middle-distance runner Suzy Favor Hamilton has confirmed that she worked as an high-end escort and issued an apology after an exposé about her double life.
