Police say the suspect in Monday's fatal shooting at a Bellevue Square bar is a 19-year-old who pleaded guilty in the 2009 fatal beating of the Seattle street musician known as "Tuba Man." Critics say the newspaper is treating gun owners like sex offenders, but the newspaper isn't apologizing. They say the information is public record and readers deserve to know. // A judgment is likely to come soon for Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman.
